How would you show up

if you didn't hold yourself back?

What's stopping you...

Is within you, but it's not what you think.

You have been infected by a poison.  A toxin which makes you fear being discovered as an imposter, a fake. It makes  you believe that deep down you are flawed...

Missing something...  which only certain men you envy seem to have.

This poison distorts your vision of yourself (and the world).

The good news... This poison is a toxic emotion called core shame.

It is not who you are.

And it does not need to stay inside you, continuing to infect you from within.

You can remove it.

The first step is to find out how much of it you carry.

To find out, take my free test, The Shame-O-Meter below...

The gap between your public and private self reveals the load of shame you carry...

When your public persona (strength, success) does not match your private reality (anxiety, struggle), the resulting gap is maintained by shame and the fear of being "exposed"

Critic To King

Practice releasing core shame to reclaim your
inner throne with clarity & confidence

What if you could stop

taking things personally...

Becoming more confident and discerning

~ able to learn from every critique or dismissal.

Gradually growing stronger, kinder, braver and wiser.

You were no longer bullied by your inner critic.

Instead you could show up as the true king of your own life.

This is fully experiential.

90% practice / 10 % reflective

The last workshop ~ "Catching The Arrow" ~ was my best way of passing on the knowledge about how to meet criticism as a wise and powerful king.

I gave you a map to help you understand how to translate negative feedback. I showed you the key to stop taking things personally --> by extracting the poison of shame, but...

We did not practically do this together.

If you found the steps I shared with you about how the king reclaims his throne from his shadowy advisor ~ The Inner Critic ~ truthful and compelling...

Please KNOW that this follow up workshop is the next step.

Where we put theory into full practice together.

Whether you got the map or not, if you join me in this, we will roll up your sleeves to extract some of the shame that binds us to the critical arrows life shoots at us.

What it will take...

Before you sign up if...

  1. Yo

This approach will not work for you if...

It’s for men who are ready to build a different relationship with themselves.

Not for you if...

What we will experience...

1. Know WHY you get triggered...

Why criticism hooks you the way it does— even when you know you
shouldn’t take it personally. You’ll see the exact chain reaction of...... Criticism → inadequacy → pressure/shame → defence/shutdown → regret → more pressure.

2. A method to “catch the arrow”

A simple skill you can use in real life: in the kitchen, on the phone, in a meeting, in conflict. Not to suppress yourself — but to stay with yourself.

4. A felt shift (yes, even in one evening)

Most men report:

  • More calm in their body

  • Less inner pressure

  • Clearer thinking

  • More confidence in how they handle hard moments

Not because this is a quick fix — but because they have a way to return to their calm centre of clarity and power.

Relief and realness with other men
You'll hear other men describe what you thought was “just you.”

This is a space for men ready to get real. There will be no posturing.

No fixing. No performance. Just honesty and respect.
