Before we meet, you’ll complete several targeted reflection exercises and surveys that prepare you and us to make the most of our time together. This prep work helps us dive in quickly and understand the real drivers, competing pressures, fears, and desires influencing your decision.
Depending on whether your decision touches your career, relationships, personal growth, or another domain, we’ll send you tailored materials that will help you identify and offer key insights into what you’re facing and the essential factors at play.
Both Kathy and David will review your submissions in advance and bring our reflections to your session.
During The Call

In our 90 minutes together, we will coach and support you to illuminate the path. We’ll talk and walk with you through the crux of your situation from multiple angles, offering grounded guidance, honest feedback, and fresh perspectives you may not have considered. And we'll help you sort through exactly what's been in the way of making a grounded, satisfying decision that feels right.
We won't make the decision for you, but we'll pave the way for your best decision to emerge. This is a collaborative process designed to help you untangle complexity and see your options - and best decision - with new clarity.
